To post or not to post....

Often times, I find myself wanting to write a blog, but then usually end up deleting my posting after the frantic keystrokes have been vocalized through my fingers.

I used to consider myself a person who was inclined to deep thoughts, and actually spent several years from high school forward writing in a blog online, but usually keeping it to myself (as much as one can keep it to themselves when publishing it online).

Throughout the past several years however, I have found that it is hard to express what I truly want to say without the fear of being criticized by those you know who would read what you wrote.
I've decided now, to become someone who can 'blog' freely, without the feeling of being overly criticized and also allowing those to 'know me.'

While you can read someone's posts for quite some time, it all depends on their skill of how to express themselves that the readers take back with them.

This is my goal: I would like to blog and openly express how I feel without doing the same 'dear diary' as I had done before.

So, bring on the criticism. I'll take it with a smile, and then look forward to sharpening my blogging skills.

I'm tired of keeping thoughts inside of my head, only to torment me in those times of loneliness, and while I do not want to become a Carrie Fisher by any means, I will allow this to be my entrance into the world as an online blogger.
